The Body Firm is a privately owned gym back where I'm from in Pennsylvania that has played a key role in my training while growing up and going through high school. The people there are motivated to change their lives for the better and are some of the most influential people I've met, as well as the two owners. After graduating college, I wanted to put my design to use and help out the place that had helped shape me as a young man and to be able to meet so many inspiring people that I'm able to remain close with to this day.
This gym has a very authentic feel to it when you walk in providing that "old time" impression because the doors have been open since 1984 to young, old, beginners and professionals. With my rebrand, I wanted to keep it simple and reminiscent of a gym for many uses, spanning all ages and builds, but with the common goal of improving their health physically and mentally.
